Anyone can learn Chinese fast if they establish positive work habits. You think you can't find time to do this. Yet the audio program formats available for learning foreign languages make this easier. Setting realistic goals and setting aside specific blocks of time to learn, will ensure that your goals will be reasonably met. You can train your ear listening in the car, on the bus or train, if you have time while commuting. You can listen while you work out, file, do housework, or while working at your garage workbench. We all have much spare time that goes unaccounted for, unused, and wasted.
Every day, you probably have pockets of time that you are not using for anything.
Walking, outside in a park or on a quiet street, is an ideal time to listen to language audio courses. At the gym, that hour on the treadmill is another time to take advantage of uninterrupted study.
Balancing audio study with visual is important too. The Chinese characters are easily learned with a visual guide. Once you've seen a course outline, you can get an idea of how to schedule yourself.
Having access to someone who can help you whenever you feel you need it, is a big asset in a Chinese language course. Students of the Mandarin Chinese language notice that being in China and being surrounded by people speaking the language helps them learn faster also.
However if you are in a non-Chinese-speaking area, listening and practicing constantly will keep your brain training on the familiarity you need to acquire with the many strange tones.
So make it easier for yourself, as much as you can. Take stock of all the time you are able to devote to learning Chinese, and organize a workable schedule for study. Not only will you get ahead at learning Chinese fast, but you will benefit in other ways from developing positive work habits.
